General Terms and Conditions

1.) With the reservation, can occur in writing, orally, by telephone, by fax, on the Internet or by e-mail, the guest offers the end of an accomodation contract obligingly. The accomodation contract comes about by written confirmation by us.

2.) It is not allowed to let spend the night other people in the flat.

3.) Reservations: The reservation is binding for both contracting partners. Aloof rooms stand off to the guest 12:00 o'clock at possession and are to be left on the departure day till 14:00 o'clock. Provided that expressly a later arrival time was not agreed, the renter reserves himself the right to rent the flat after 18.00 o'clock otherwise.

4.) Liability: The visitor or customer bears the general custody risk for objects which leave he in generally accessible rooms has. Otherwise the legal regulations after §§701-703 are valid Civil Code.

5.) The keys given to the guest, main house and flats are to be substituted with loss by full height.

6.) We assume no liability for the links appearing on our side, Blogs and other advertisements shown on the Internet which have positioned themselves on our homepage.

7.) The renter takes over no guarantee for the permanent availability of the offer. Reasons for possible disturbances can be: Disturbances on the Internet, disturbances in TV - broadcastings, servicing work on the server, etc.
